We go ice-fishing on a snowmobile, through the winter forest towards a small forest pond. In the sleigh following the snowmobile, you travel warmly covered in reindeer fur, admiring the fairy-tale winter landscape. Forest pond, where we have fished for decades, offers a good chance to catch fish. At the forest pond, we will guide you to the secrets of ice- fishing, which we have cherished since the time of our ancestors. You will get to know the surrounding nature and its offerings with the guidance of a local. We have also taken along a grill sleigh, where, in addition to ice-fishing, we will prepare a warm meal and dessert for you. You will enjoy a traditional Lapland picnic meal on the ice of the pond in the middle of the winter landscape.

Points to note:
* A minimum of 2 adults or a price of 2 is required to complete this activity.
* After the price for two adults, additional person 162€ children under 12 years get -50%, 81€.
* A maximum of four participants. Larger numbers of participants will be agreed separately.
* Booking enquiries and reservations are made by contacting us by email or via the website.
* This activity starts at the Siikakämä from where we proceed by snowmobile to a nearby pond. (Siikakämä is from Rovaniemi ~60 km Ranua ~50km). You will receive more detailed driving instructions upon booking confirmation.
* Transportation must be arranged separately and is not included in the price. (Pickup and drop off from Rovaniemi at an additional cost of 110€/car)
* We offer home made food. Please also let us know in your booking if you have any dietary restrictions and if you prefer vegetarian version.
* If you have any health restrictions, please let us know before booking.
